Q. What makes your waxing products different from other waxes?
A. We are specialized in the techniques of working with both hard
and strip waxes. Our waxes are made of high quality ingredients
and have no remaining turpentine. This reduces the risk of a rosin-allergic
reaction for the client.
Q. What are
the main differences in waxes?
A. In Europe, the hard wax is still popular. Estheticians work with
2 kinds of waxes, one for the skin, and the other for hair type.
I think that in the US people aren't convinced about the advantages
of waxing, and estheticians should "educate" their clients
on the difference of using hard wax and strip wax. Often customers
are disappointed because of a bad experience with strip wax used
on areas where hard wax would have been a better treatment.
Q. Where are
your waxing products made?
A. Our products are made of pure ingredients in Belgium.
Q. How did you
develop the "My Waxing System by Dominique Hermes"
line?
A. Our line was a combined effort of my manufacturer who has more
than 20 years of experience in product development. His experience
came from being a key specialist in product development for the
Estée Lauder line.
- We also obtained the knowledge and art of GI Photo-studio, a Belgian
industrial photographer and designer who has 25 years of experience
in designing and photography.
- Lastly, with my own experience in the beauty industry, I ran my
own Spa in Belgium for 23 years and specialized in facials and waxing.
I know very well the needs of clients and estheticians in her or
his salon. I am experienced in teaching and training by Sothys Belgium
for over 20 years.
Q. What kind
of professional waxing products do you offer?
A. We offer a complete waxing system with a line of professional
waxing products, full line of retail products, heaters and accessories.
We also have professional salon furniture.
Q. How easy
to use is your waxing system?
A. Our waxing system is easy to use and easy to clean. Our line
provides waxing pots with efficient cleaning products which allow
estheticians to keep their salon orderly and waxing station clear.

Any Training?
A. Yes. We will soon be offering education with a professional book
and Easy To Follow DVD. Please check back soon, or E-mail

credentials and start purchasing for your salon. Our online shop
is available 24 hours per day, every day of the year. Please allow
ample delivery time during holiday time periods and weekends. If
your order is placed during those times, shipment will be made on
the next available business day.
Q. How often
should waxing be done?
A. An Esthetician with good technical skills should provide waxing
services every 4 - 6 weeks and also provide his/her client with
their professional expertise in maintaining the skin with our line
of after-care products.

Trade
Shows?
A. Absolutely! We present "My Waxing System by Dominique
Hermes" product line to many Trade
Shows by demonstrating my waxing products and giving a lot of
valuable information to beauty students and the professional salon
waxing experts.
Q. Why is the
price missing from your products?
A. Many of our products are for "Professional Use Only"
and require registration to obtain the professional salon pricing.
Some items will have a price for retail customers.
Q.
Why are you charging me Sales Tax?
A. Only Florida residents are charged sales tax.
If you hold a Tax Exempt Certificate, please make a copy of the
certificate indicating "My Waxing System by Dominique Hermes"
as a vendor, sign it and then mail us the document. We will take
a faxed form, but also require that you mail a true signed copy
of that same form to us. We will keep it on file and exempt you
from Florida Sales Taxes.

What are the approximate shipping and handling charges on your items?
A. Shipping & Handling is figured by product weight. We ship
via UPS and USPS. FedEx can also be arranged, if you prefer. Just
give us a call to place your oder.
